We hold Client Money Protection (CMP) and Property Redress Scheme (PRS) certificates, and you can view these and our insurance certificate on our Legal page. Tenants’ deposits are protected with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) or the TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme), and we don’t charge for tenancy agreements, tenancy renewals or registering the deposit.
Our philosophy is simple: a good property equals a good experience for the tenant and for us. We make sure all our properties are up to standard, and we use local trusted firms for repairs and maintenance. If something goes wrong, and things do from time to time, our aim is to resolve the issue quickly and properly, and when we manage a property we are only a phone call, text message or email away.
